Mistreated VIP
After paying a $190 and being told to arrive at 5pm, I stood in a line until 5:45pm. We never met or greeted any artist. I arrived at 5:05pm, when entering the room where the meet and greet was supposed to take place, there were no chairs until about 7:30. After going to the restroom and overhearing an announcer yell Jagged Edge, that was the only way I knew the concert started. Sitting in the VIP room, we missed 3 opening acts. Before Trauma Ray came on, her bodyguard allowed us to go backstage until he realized there were too many people. Trauma Ray informed us in the back and on stage that she never agreed to meet and greet, so someone sold us some bogus stuff. This was a Mother's Day experience that I wouldn't wish anyone to have. HORRIBLE!
